A few pictures from our recent trip to the USA... Three days in New York followed by some time in Utah... a tragic trip and full of sorrow as my wife, Sarah passed away whilst we were in Utah... she had been ill for some time but this was something for which I was not prepared.

Hardly feel like publishing Art Work as it seems a bit irrelevant but, one has to go on so here are a few paintings of New York..

My trip to Brighton a couple of weeks ago was quite successful. I did some painting in the street and took some photographs. So far three of the works have been sold. Here is another from the 'series'..

This little Landscape (Boats on the Arun) is an attempt to get a little further away from reality and a little further towards 'impressionism'...

Tried a couple of larger format Semi-Abstract Landscapes this week (30x20 ins).

The same subject but, the first focuses on the fields and the second on the Sky..

Just finished this today (at least I think it's finished)... these guys were at Saturday's Fair..

Spent a day on Saturday trying to paint half hour portraits in out local Town's Craft Fair... no customers at first so I painted an Oil Sketch of the town while I waited...Only had paper to paint on..
