The Michelin Building in South west London.

When I was growing up in London, pretty sure you could get your tyres changed on the forecourt there. Last time I went it was used as an Oyster Bar, Flower Seller and as the offices for Hamlyn  Publishers. I visited trying to interest them in some Book Illustrations.
